So you’re coming to Grand Convention and you want to know what to do between sessions and meals? Why not browse some of the vendors’ tables!?
Below is your complete guide to some friends of Alpha Delta Pi who will be spending some time with us at the Arizona Biltmore. Make sure to stop by and visit them. It could pay off!
Always a favorite of the sisters of Alpha Delta Pi, GIN will be available to give you a first hand look at what they have to offer with their chapter communication tools. GIN's online organizational and chapter management tools bring everything your group needs together, in one place. If your chapter isn’t already a user, they’ll want to be after you stop by and find out all they have to offer!
In addition to current tools, GIN will also be handing out information on a new partnership with ADPi and We-Care. This opportunity will allow online shoppers to give back to ADPi. More will be announced about this in the fall, but if you are attending GC, get ahead of the curve and stop by to get more information!
So those fancy tote bags the Convention attendees will be sportin’ on their shoulders all week? Yeah, those were made possible by Greek Box! We are excited to let you all know that thanks to a wonderful donation from them, we are able to give EVERYONE attending a tote bag. They’ll also have a table set up in the vendor area where attendees will be able to sign up for a free t-shirt. Be sure to stop by and see what they have to offer. You could find some great ideas for Bid Day!
Looking for a company to do your chapter’s composite or snap some bid day photos for you? Why not give GreekYearbook a try? Stop by the GreekYearbook table to get more information, after all, they are rated the #1 Bid Day photographer in North America and are the leading composite company in the country! They will also be snapping pictures throughout the week so make sure to log on after Grand Convention to find your favorite photo from the week!
The ever popular maker of your diamond shape badge will be on hand providing you with all sorts of options! Make sure stop by and take a look at all the jewelry that will be for sale at Convention, including some new items such as the Pandora bead and of course the limited edition jewelry! While you're at the booth, be sure to purchase raffle tickets for the Diamond Shape Pendant, and this year Herff Jones will also be raffling off a Turquoise Badge! This is one of the most popular raffles all week. Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $25. The more you buy the better your chances are of winning the pendant or badge. You will be the envy of everyone in attendance!
Who better to have at Grand Convention than the national leader of Greek Apparel!? Stop by their booth to get ideas for your Bid Day or Greek Week shirts and even place an order or two. Two years ago they brought the popular “Eugenia is my Home Girl” shirt. Pretty sure they’ll have those again or maybe a shout out to Octavia? Who knows! Just be sure to stop by to visit them. They’ll have some shirts available for purchase and will also be raffling off shirts throughout the week!
Sorority Spirit proved to be very popular during Leadership Seminar last year. Unfortunately, their website is under construction, but if you have a Facebook you can most definitely “like” their page to scope out all the fun products they’ll be offering. Also, if you aren’t in the mood to buy, make sure to stop and enter your name if the raffle. They’ll give away a different prize (tumblers, totes, key chains and more!) at almost every meal, including an ADPi tiara!
For 70 years the USO has provided ways for Americans to provide tangible “thank you’s” to our troops. This year at Convention, the USO will be on hand to discuss with you ways that your chapter can partner with them on different projects. Be sure to stop by to get more information on what you can do to help!
The vendors of course are just a sampling of all there will be to see and experience at Convention. In the same room as the vendors there will be ADPi History Exhibits and of course the Convention philanthropy project: Packages from Home.
Make sure you make time to get it all in!
